2010 Video Submissions

Attention NAPO Members and Associate Members:
Use video to promote your organizing business at the 
2010 Los Angeles Organizing Awards!

Video submissions for the “2009 Year in Review,” a montage to be shown at the 5th Annual Organizing Awards, are now being accepted by mail or email. Your clip may be edited to fit the video medley shown at the Awards on the “big screen.” Creativity is not only welcomed but encouraged. NAPO-LA invites NAPO National members to participate as well. This January 30, 2010, event is expected to draw more than 200 organizing industry professionals, media, award nominees, and guests, making this an ideal opportunity to promote your company.

Submission Guidelines:

• Videos should not exceed 5 (five) minutes in length, footage must be cued up;
• Acceptable digital formats include Windows Media (.wmv) or Quicktime (.mov) files;
• Send larger files through an online file transfer program, such as www.yousendit.com;
• Mini-DV cassettes and DVDs are acceptable through the mail;
• No VHS tapes or any format not listed on these guidelines can be accepted;
• Any organizing-related footage is welcomed;
• Submission deadline is December 31, 2008;
• You will be emailed if your footage is selected.

Submission Details

By submitting your materials, you agree that your footage may be edited and shown in a montage video at The 2010 Los Angeles Organizing Awards. Submissions may subsequently be shown online on the NAPO-LA website, YouTube, other websites, blogs or in future materials used to promote The Organizing Awards or the Los Angeles chapter of NAPO. There is no compensation for the use of your video.

All submissions should include your name, NAPO member number, Chapter affiliation (if any), email address and phone number. Materials can be returned; please include a self-addressed envelope with proper postage.
