How would you like to help your clients not only get more done, but get the right things done? If you have clients who struggle with their time - and who doesn’t? - this class is for you! Learn Time Management Essentials from CPO® and Productivity Consultant Debbie Rosemont with Simply Placed, as she teaches us practical strategies and techniques we can use with our clients and for ourselves. We can’t “make more time” for our clients, but we can help them consider how they spend their time, and how to maximize their energy, efforts and attention so that they get things done proactively, intentionally, and productively.

Participants will learn how to help their clients (and themselves):

  • Define Productivity

  • Identify Priorities

  • Plan to Get the Right Things Done and Make Planning a Habit

  • Produce Results with Focus, Flow and by Fighting Procrastination

Join Debbie in this 2-hour workshop to learn the essentials of time management.

Presenter:

Debbie Rosemont, CPO©
Simply Placed

Debbie Rosemont, CPO® and Productivity Consultant, started Simply Placed and joined NAPO in 2003 to help clients increase organization and productivity, maximize efficiency, and have more time for what matters most.

Debbie and her employees work with individuals and businesses to create effective organizational systems, successfully manage time, focus on priorities, and achieve goals. They help people work smarter, not harder, to increase their bottom line and peace of mind. They do that through consulting, hands-on organizing, group training and accountability sessions that transfer skills, motivate, and inspire change.

Debbie is an engaging speaker, an effective consultant and trainer, and has been interviewed numerous times for TV, print, radio, and online media. She is the author of the books Six-Word Lessons to Be More Productive1 Habit for a Thriving Home Office, and the creator of several information products.

One of a small number of Golden Circle members and Certified Professional Organizers in Washington, Rosemont was a founding member, former Treasurer and former Secretary of the Seattle chapter of NAPO. She has attended the NAPO conference for 15 years, served on the Ask the Organizer panel in 2012 and was a concurrent session presenter in 2014 and 2018. Debbie is an instructor for NAPO Education, teaching the Running a Successful Business with Employees course. She was the BCPO Director of Professional Practices and served on the NAPO Nomination and Leadership Development committee, both for three years.  Debbie was a proud finalist for the 2015 WBO Nellie Cashman Business Owner of the Year award.  Rosemont holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.

Debbie, who wears many hats in her own life as a wife, mother, volunteer, and business owner, understands that “life happens” and that it can be a challenge to get and stay organized. Her goal is to ultimately save her clients time, money and stress, and allow them to focus on the things that matter most.

In addition to the work she does with Simply Placed clients, she has been engaged by numerous Professional Organizers to help them with business strategies, scaling their business, organizational expertise and as an accountability coach. She loves to share her knowledge and lessons learned with others in the industry. Book a complimentary Discovery Call with Debbie to explore how she can help you reach your goals in less time and with greater ease.
